Road Bulletins
Road was in great shape for the most part, some rockfall on the climb out of Lillooet, some deadfall across the plateau (take a saw). We had a squall cut across our route as we were on our way to the ferry, the road turned to greasy snot in a few places, made some exposures and pitches pretty dicey and scary, in particular the uphill approach (NB) to the ridge at ~72km, couple of level places across the plateau, and again (a significant amount) descending at ~77-80km. If you see ruts, expect super sticky mud. My tires packed up 1-2" of mud, was probably carrying 200lbs of mud weight after this. Descending to Big Bar Ferry after this point was fine, saw some dry hardpack ruts that showed that the roadbase would be sketchy/soft if it were wet. Ferry operator told us the spot where we were stopped had had 4 guys on ADV bikes get stuck and require an expensive extraction.

Majority of the road is in great condition and doable in any type of car. However, approx KM60-75 through the switchbacks it was quite rutted out and looks like it would be an absolute mess if it was wet. This is the only section where at least some clearance is needed to get through the dried up mud ruts. Otherwise, just the odd pothole and washboard.
[From Erica Dong] - FSR in great shape up to the 12km mark. Prius had no trouble getting to the trailhead. Appears to be snow free to this point.
