Only went up to RUT36-1 branch. If you can manage to pass over a rocky step around 1000m elevation (0.9km distance) - a few deep ish warerbars after are passable for your truck.
You do need 4x4 as it steep at times with some loose and sharpy rocks.
Drove stock xTerra.
Don't think there's been any change to the actual road condition, but changing status to "Somewhat Degraded" to more closely match the definition. Yes, there are some rough/steep sections and some fairly deep water bars. But nothing that I would describe as "challenging washouts, dangerous sections or exceptionally deep water bars".
A mostly stock mid-level 4Runner made it up with a bit scraping on some of the water bars.
The culverts have been removed which has degraded the quality of the road since last year. Several large water bars on steep pitches that will only get worse. Drove to road's end with a short wheelbase, high-clearance 4x4.
4WD and high clearance needed. Some muddy ruts to start and then a few deep water bars. We stopped driving at a waterbar just before 950m, but should have pushed further because the road improved somewhat after. There were snow patches starting from 1140m with continuous snow only on the last 0.5km of the road. Patchy snow coverage in the forest made skiing from here slow.

Need a high clearance truck to clear this road (we had a stock F150).
