Road is in decent conditions with some small but sharp waterbars on the way. The impasse marked on the map no longer seems the be accurate. The real crux would be the heavy alder that has taken over the road after the impasse. Not terrible for walking but would be pretty horrible for driving. Marking it as heavily degraded because with much effort one could theoretically clear the alder and drive through, but at what cost? November Creek is impossible to cross by car no matter how determined you are. Impassable past this point.

Road in good condition all the way to where it effectively ends (blocked by a big rock) and cars park. Beyond that it's a hiking trail overgrown with alder over the old roadbed.
We drove an Outback and a RAV-4 with no problems. Can be driven in a 2WD, but a bit or clearance would be good.

Drove to the E110 turn off in a Tacoma. Some cross ditches but nothing too deep

Forgot to post this back in June. Need to free up space on my phone. Drove to junction of E-100 and E-110 without much issues. Some sections quite steep and loose. Don't remember pinstriping. Few, if any, places to pass. Made it here in AWD. I wouldn't attempt this in rain or snow in my car.

[From Graham Snowfield] - Quick update to let others know the top of E-100 off Mamquam is still being actively logged. Road is in great condition and likely will be next summer. Drove to about 1550m - 1600m and punched through a new clear cut to pick up the trail. (Updated FSR Google doc too)

New logging has the road open and regularly graded. Has been in excellent condition for AWDs but recently is a little torn up. But still drivable to Seed Peak trailhead. Beware active logging Mon-Fri. This spur ends shortly after the memorial to Tyler Wright
