Road Bulletins
Road is good till that rocky stretch as described in previous reports and then good again till the two deep waterbars and heavily overgrown shortly after (still walkable just fine) till the end.
Road is generally in good condition and most SUV's will be able to reach the rocky stretch at ~1,050m. Here there is a short (~300m) but aggressive stretch of what I would consider light rock crawling. Medium sized, mostly round boulders (no sharp edges) fill the road, and based on Cody's report it sounds like this is a river in the early summer. In late summer it was just a rock bed that required careful crawling. We used 4Low in a stock Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk and managed to crawl through without much issue other than traction. I don't think any regular SUV will manage this stretch.
Beyond this the road is once again good, with a couple of deep cross ditches shortly before to roads end at 1,300m where it's basically decommissioned.
I'm not 100% sure on the road where the rocky stretch is, so my marking as "Heavily Degraded" is an estimate. If you are unsure whether it is worth bothering to try and pass the rocky section, it is and will save you a few km each way of hiking.

Drove until snow line (currently 950m) in a taco. Some small washouts and rocks on the road but otherwise in good shape!
The washout section is rocky and the last few waterbars are deep, no problem in our stock Tacoma though
Pretty much the same as previous bulletin but at about 1050 elevation, the road has become a river. If this keeps up, I’d imagine it will be impassable at that point. As it was, however, we put the jeep in float mode and waded our way upward. After that it’s gold again til the end where there are about 4 massive bars that stop you about 300 meters from cutblock.
[From Roxy Bauer] - can drive past 1000m, but there’s some vehicular boulder hopping to do. It’s short lived though. Road great otherwise. Snow on the twin one FSR is intermittent, making skinning annoying. Would recco goretex boots, or trail runners for this section.
[From Stephan Bernhard] - We climbed Snowspider Mountain from Twin One FSR. Patchy snow started at 940m, became continuous at 1050m. (Roughly around the 9.5km mark)

Drove all the way to the 11.7km and then went up the "LZ1300" branch. All 3 bridges were in and road condition as overall good. They appeared to be doing active logging at the time (2021)
